Poway Cruisers Car Club-New Website
Poway Cruisers Car Club was founded in 2006 by a group of people who shared a common interest in having fun with their cars. The purpose of the club is to provide a fun social environment that makes it fun to indulge in this common interest. Membership requirements are: must love having fun with cars and other people that also love having fun with cars. Club Dues of $20.00 per member are due annually by June 30th. The Club’s signature event is the In-N-Out Burger Cruise In held the 1st Saturday every month at the In-N-Out Burger on Community Road & Scripps Poway Parkway in Poway. All makes, models, years, and types of vehicles are welcome. Please click here for more information. In addition, the club produces several club events each year: a members only picnic, a members only Holiday Party, and at least one or two driving events open to members and non-members by invitation. The club also selects at least one or two area or regional events for club participation. Beginning in 2009, the Club began working with the Rancho Bernardo Spirit the Fourth Committee to produce the annual Wheels of Freedom Motor Show as part of the Rancho Bernardo Spirit of the 4th Celebration on Independence Day. This event is open to all special interest cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Due to the COViD pandemic, the event was shelved in 2020 and 2021. It is expected to resume in 2022. Please click here for more information. The Club meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at the Hamburger Factory on Midland Road in Old Poway Park. The meeting is at 6:00 PM, but most arrive around 5:00 PM and have dinner before the meeting. All visitors are welcome. Please click here for information. The Club Steering Committee meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, usually at the Hamburger Factory at 6:00 PM. Members with an agenda item to present are invited to attend.
